RCI provides free capacity building assistance to communities working to plan and implement transportation reconnection projects. We help communities through all phases, from pre-planning to construction.

After submitting the form, the RCI Team will contact you for a virtual meeting or phone call to gather more information. When approved, the RCI Team will contact you with instructions to complete enrollment and begin onboarding.
