RCI provides no-cost capacity building support to grantees and potential grantees of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) Program and Neighborhood Access and Equity (NAE) Program. We support communities through all phases of community reconnection projects, from pre-planning to construction.

If the following statements describe your community or organization, consider applying for RCI technical support:

I represent a state, local, Tribal, or territorial government, metropolitan planning organization, or nonprofit.

I have received an RCP or NAE Program grant OR I have not received an RCP or NAE Program grant but have identified a need in my community to address the negative impacts of transportation infrastructure.

After submitting the form, the RCI Team will contact you for a virtual meeting or phone call to gather more information. When approved, the RCI Team will contact you with instructions to complete enrollment and begin onboarding.
