Facility Suitability
Facility suitability is the degree to which the existing transportation asset has created an undue burden and/or barrier to the community. Successful transportation reconnection projects should address current and projected vulnerabilities that, if left unaddressed, threaten access to opportunity and mobility of people and goods.
